Payment at time of service
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Insurance
We accept most major dental insurance plans and will file claims on your behalf as a courtesy. Your estimated portion is due at the time of service; any remaining balance after your insurance processes will be billed or refunded accordingly.
Insurance coverage varies widely. We do our best to estimate your out-of-pocket cost up front, but your policy is ultimately a contract between you and your insurance company.
No insurance? No problem.
Our Virginia Dental Club membership plan is designed for uninsured patients. One flat yearly fee covers cleanings, exams, and X-rays, plus 20% off most additional treatment. No deductibles, no claim forms, no yearly maximums.
Financing for larger treatment plans
For implants, veneers, full-mouth reconstructions, and other larger cases, we offer third-party financing through CareCredit and similar providers. Ask our front desk about current options and interest-free promotional terms.
Missed appointment fee
We respect your time, and we ask you to respect ours. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may result in a fee.
